2. Are short-term rentals or specific lease lengths allowed?

Short-term rentals may be available, depending on the property and its current availability. Please check the specific listing for any minimum rental period requirements or contact us to discuss your needs.

3. Are couples allowed to rent the room?

Some rooms may accommodate couples, while others are intended for single occupancy only. Please refer to the property details or inquire directly for each specific listing.

4. Can I move in earlier or later than the listed availability date?

Move-in dates are generally set based on the current tenant’s plans, but flexibility may be possible. Contact us to see if your preferred move-in date can be accommodated.

5. What are the typical tenant requirements?

Our tenants are usually expected to maintain cleanliness, respect for shared spaces, and adherence to house rules. We often welcome professionals, postgraduate students, and others looking for a respectful shared living environment.

6. Is the property pet-friendly?

Most of our properties do not allow pets to ensure comfort for all tenants. 

7. Is there an age requirement for tenants?

Some properties may have minimum age requirements, particularly for shared accommodations, to ensure compatibility in living arrangements. Please inquire if you’re unsure.

8. What is the process for securing a room after a successful viewing?

After a successful viewing, in new applications you will pass to step 2 new tenant, here you can proceed by submitting identification and any necessary deposits coordinated with the landlord. Once confirmed, we will guide you through how obtain your keys and move-in process.

9. What’s included in the rent?

The monthly rent usually covers basic utilities, such as water, electricity, and Wi-Fi, but this can vary by property. Check the individual listing or contact us for details on what’s included. we don't offer Public TV license
